This wine is a blend of
Chambourcin, Niagra, and a
little Concord for sweetness.
Rich, full bodied and sweet.
Serve slightly chilled.
Modeled after the Bordeaux
style, this blend reminds us of
time spent cycling through
French villlages,  stopping for
the night to feast on local food
and wine. Absolutely delicious.
This  crisp and fruity vintage
has just a touch of sweetness
that enhances the traditional
Riesling flavors and aromas of
apples and pears. Wunderbar!
Served chilled.
Vinted from hearty French
Hybrid Chambourcin, this wine
is dark, rich in cherry
overtones, with a luscious
aroma.  All the benefits of rich
red wine, without the tannins.
Our Current Reds

was cool fermented to was
cool fermented to preserve
the delicate aromas and
fruitiness associated with
Pinot Noir.

This beautiful, delicate Rose was
created by full cluster pressing Pinot
Noir grapes and allowing for minimal
skin contact. It is spicy, sweet and
balanced and would compliment most
foods and occasions.  Serve chilled
Our Big, Bold, and Blond Chardonnay
is back. Classic dry,  oaked, with a
buttery finish. What's not to love?
Bronze Medalist in the 2011 NY Finger

traditional dry Riesling with a strong
aromatic structure. It is a perfect
compliment to poultry, Asian food, and of
course, roast pork loin with applesauce.
Served chilled.
Our Current Whites
