Silver Medal – 2014 San Francisco
Chronicle Wine Competition!

Tasting Notes: Medium bodied, cherry overtones and spice.  1.5 acres planted in 2006.  Very drinkable, just won a Silver Medal in The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. One  of  two Eastern wineries  to win in this category.

Fun Fact: Pinot Noir means Black Pine Cone, which is the shape of the clusters on the vine.

Pairing: Very versatile with food.  Recommend for both poultry and red meats, pasta dishes and rich food.
